WEATHER INCLEMENCY AND STORM RESISTANCE
The Acoustics Screens are exposed to the wind, to the weather conditions and to the extreme environment effects, year after year. They cannot admit corrosion, aspect loss or fissures.
BREAKING RESISTANCE
The Acoustics Screens must be resistant, they must support vibrations, particularly in bridges and viaducts and they must be durable in the long-term.
OPTICAL PROPERTIES
Particularly, these acrylic sheets have excellent transparency, in spite of the good noise control. Another important characteristic is to have high quality surfaces to prevent optical distortions.
DESIGN
The dimensions of the sheets, the possibility to cut them in many sizes, are the parameters that determine the design options. Freedom of design, varies with size of sheet.
CLEANING
To minimize maintenance of the Acrylic Acoustic Screens, they must be cleanned, ideally by the rain. Usually, it is not required additional cleanning, due to its soft surface and high resistance to the weather conditions.
